Saturday was my last day with Jamie Eason's Oxygen Challenge program. I really loved it and felt like I got stronger over the course of 12 weeks. I confess that I did not lose one single pound. I didn't follow the nutrition program. I just can't get myself to meticulously count macros. I've only ever tracked my food on MyFitnessPal for 4 consecutive days. It's not necessarily something I'm proud of, but it is something I know about myself and I've given up trying to change my natural tendencies. I'm gonna figure out how to roll with them now.
Yesterday I re-started The Ultimate Yogi 108 program. I did the whole thing a few years ago. It was tough and challenging and wonderful. I did the first video (CrossTrain) on Monday and realized that I had forgotten the happiness I find on the yoga mat.
I'm switching gears. Let's see what happens.
