So I have mapped out my Half Marathon training plan. It includes time for running (of course!), lifting, and yoga. If you've been here for long, you already know how I love yoga and how I beat myself up a little when I neglect the yoga mat for too long. Why is it that we hesitate to do things that are healthy and make us feel good? if you figure out that answer let me know.
So Wednesdays are officially yoga day around here!
I haven't mapped out exactly what practice I'll do each Wednesday but I have plenty of options! My friends at Udaya.com have compiled a huge selection of yoga videos! There are practices of varying times and difficulty. So, if you're a beginner who only has 20 minutes, there's a workout for you. If you've been in Warrior pose since your toddler days, there's a workout for you too!
And get this- $12/month for unlimited yoga. Good luck finding a studio that will offer that.
