Happy Monday everyone! I have a personal rule that I always exercise on Mondays -
even if I don't really feel like it. (I mean, that feeling generally goes away once I'm sweating so I just ignore it)
This rule just starts my week off in a way that I truly enjoy and I know it's good for my mental and physical health. If I workout on Monday, I'm much more likely to work out more in the rest of the week.
Today I'm starting Week 7 of Tony Horton's 22 Minute Hard Corps and doing a short run on my treadmill. Later today Ruger will get a little walk too because a tired beagle is a good beagle.
