I'm excited to share a new recipe with you today.
This one got 2 thumbs up from both of my picky tasters over here so I'm feeling pretty good about it.
(That's Ruger's butt in the background.
He likes to stay close in case any popsicles suddenly hit the deck)
Protein Creamsicle Pops
(recipe makes approximately 4 pops)
1/2 cup Silk Almond Milk light
1/2 cup Minute Maid Orange Juice - No Pulp
(You can have pulp if you want. We don't like it.)
2 TBSP Lite Cool Whip
Mix all ingredients until smooth. (I used my Nutri Ninja Pro)
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
I used my smaller, star pop molds for these goodies.
They are cute, yummy, and Mandy-approved. Enjoy!
