So I'm starting this today...
I figure Christmas time is always a little crazy, so a workout called "Insanity max:30" seems to fit in just right.
I'm not waiting until January. 30 sweaty minutes per day is going to be the minimum amount I need to keep on wrapping, knitting, and cooking in the way I like.
We don't skimp on the merriment around here so I need to fuel my fire.
I'll let you know how it goes. Y'know... if I can still type after Shaun T kicks my butt today.
