5 Ways to Feel Better Right Now

1.  Drink some water.  
Do it now.  If you wait until you feel thirsty, you're already getting dehydrated. 


2. Go for a Walk.
Shoot for 30 minutes every day.  Take it outside whenever you can.

3. Call your Mom.  
Or your sister. Or your best girlfriend.
Social connections are so good for your health.  
Take the time to strengthen your connections today.

4. Eat colorful foods.
If your whole plate is beige, there's something missing.

5.  Count Your Blessings
Make a gratitude list or even start a gratitude journal.  
Consciously observing the goodness in your life is a great way to feel better fast!
