Here you go...
There are days when I have too many things to remember. If all of my to-do's are written down, I don't have to struggle to remember them. Consequently, my mind is free to enjoy the moment I'm in right now.
2. Checking things off is satisfying.
I like to use a sharpie marker to draw big lines through my completed tasks. I find this action very satisfying and therefore I want to do it again! (serious motivation to get things done)
3. Lists can keep your priorities in check.
If you notice that your list is full of stupid things that mean nothing to you, it's time to reevaluate the ways that you are spending your time.
4. Having a to-do list lets you take advantage of "found" time.
Suddenly your appointment is cancelled and you have an hour and a half before the kids come home. Check something off of your list!
