Tomorrow is the first day of Spring!
After a winter that has been particularly cold & seemed very long, I think most of us are excited to welcome spring. Here are a few suggestions for a healthy spring celebration...

2. 108 Sun Salutations on Thursday.
After my journey with UY 108, I started welcoming the seasons with Sun Salutations. Every time I am surprised all over again that the experience is very moving. If you don't think you're up for the whole 108, consider choosing a number that is meaningful to you.
3. Get outside and Take a walk.
Better yet- get some company for the journey.
Call a good friend, grab your kiddos or take your pup.

4. Bring some color home.
Winter can be dark & dreary. Grab some of those bright colored flowers at the grocery store & brighten up your space until Mother Nature gets her act together.
5. Start listening to your "happy" music.
What are the songs that make you smile?
It's time to blast them. Open the windows whenever possible.
