The Week in Review - It's Cold!

Hey friends!

I hope you are staying warm wherever you are.  We have had single digit temps for awhile here.  
I combat the cold with yoga and knitting.  That's just how I roll.

I finished a sock yesterday..

Now I have to start again. 
At the risk of stating the obvious, I have two feet and only the one sock.

I got to enjoy lunch with my favorite girls this week.
We got sandwiches at Picasso's- a seriously good local sandwich place.

I've been trying hard to pay attention to my water intake this week.  
Isn't it easy to forget about hydration in the winter?  
So I've been filling up my cup before I leave the house each day and refilling it often.

Even when I'm playing for the ballerinas…

Yes, it's empty.  I told you I was drinking it!

So, I told you that I had challenged myself to 31 Days of Yoga in January.  I'm sorry to say that I missed two days this week.  Life just got busy and I got tired.  I lost my motivation for two days.  
I'm not going to dwell on it… I'm just going to move on and try to finish strong.  
That's really the only option, right?
