Things I'm Loving & The Week in Review

Hey friends! The weekend is in full swing!

I thought I'd stop by for a moment & tell you what I'm loving lately.

You might remember that I spent the summer and early fall completing my 3 Half Marathons in 3 Months goal.  I also finished The Ultimate Yogi 108 - 108 days of yoga.  

By the time I was done with those two long-term goals, I was ready to dig into something new!

First, I signed up for online training with Rocky from RockBody Fitness.  She's a personal trainer AND a nutritionist.  Her program is completely worth the time and effort.  She is very generous with her expertise.  You get loads of workouts plus menu planning advice as well as online support.  

Right now she's got the following specials going on.  
This would make a great gift for someone you love or even for yourself!


This week was crazy-busy and my yoga practice suffered for it.  

But, on a normal week I'm incorporating Yoga Warrior 365 into my fitness life.  
It's a very healing sort of yoga practice and it compliments the tough workouts Rocky is dishing out!

I also joined a Squat Challenge group on Facebook.  We're following this plan for the month.

I'm not looking ahead to the end of the month yet.  Don't speak of it.





Monday:
Rockbody Strength Workout
1 mile walk with the puppy
110 Squats

Tuesday:
Rockbody Cardio
115 Squats

Wednesday:
Rockbody Strength Workout
1 mile walk with the puppy
130 Squats

ThursdayFriday & Saturday
Rest days while I finally gave in to bronchitis & a sinus infection.
I'm okay- post coming up on the importance of rest.
