A Snowy What I Ate Wednesday

Hey friends!  Happy Wednesday!

It's snowing here in the North East!
Mandy is staying warm by snuggling with Ruger whenever possible.
Smart girl… who needs a pillow pet?

This month I've been participating in online fitness training with Rocky from Rockbody Fitness.  One of the things she focuses on is meal-planning.  This has been fantastic for me since we've been very busy lately and that's usually the time when my eating falls right off the rails.

My breakfasts this week have been 1/2 an Ezekiel English muffin with Cashew or Almond Butter. 
(Cashew is my favorite!) I have it with 1/2 cup mixed berries.
Usually this is my pre-workout meal.

After my workout- and usually on the drive to work- I have almond milk mixed with 
protein powder from 1st Step Pro-Wellness.

Lunch & Dinner look pretty similar.  Fish or Chicken with mixed greens & veggies 
and some roasted sweet potatoes.

My afternoon snack is usually some sort of protein/veggie combo.  
I'm sorry, I didn't take any pictures for you.

I did throw this apple & packet of almond butter into my purse this week so that I won't get stuck without a healthy snack.

I've been getting bored with my snacks so I think I'm going to make some
