I got to go trick-or-treating with Wayne & Garth...
Now November begins and along with it, the holiday season of snacking.
So, I put together a little group on Facebook called Kids Running Wild Takes a Walk.
I love going for walks. Before I started running, I walked regularly. I even walked a few 5K races. I love walking as a pathway to good health. It has so many physical and mental health benefits.
