Happy Wednesday friends! My kids are on their busses this morning yelling, "Hump Day!" with their friends in that annoying voice... you know what I mean.
Meanwhile, I'm halfway through my Birthday Week Extravaganza. I'm going to the Post Office today to send out some prizes! It's not too late to participate- jump in anytime!
Katie has decided she's into yoga. I don't know exactly what has inspired this sudden excitement for the mat, but I'll take it. We've been getting up early and doing Yoga Warrior 365 videos before school. (I'll have a full review for you soon, but for now I'll just say that I really like this series!)
I'm really excited to have a yoga partner!
After yoga, we enjoyed a little breakfast.
We made french toast with egg whites and an Ezekiel english muffin
and topped it with mixed berries.
Let's talk fall food!
I found the cutest little pumpkin-shaped raviolis at Sam's Club and surprised the girls
at supper the other night.
They like to eat them with a drizzle of olive oil and parmesan cheese.
I got so inspired by this pumpkin-crazed season that I had to knit a little pumpkin, too!
Are you enjoying the season of Pumpkins?
Do you ever get active with your kids?
