Fit Things I'm Loving Right Now!

Hello friends!

There are a few things I'm loving right now and you know how I roll...
I simply must tell you about them!

I'm three weeks into the Iron Bombshell Strength Training program from Train Dirty Fitness (I recently became an ambassador! yaay!).  This is a 12-week, no-frills training program that you can do at home.
I'm in week 3 and just beginning to see some results.

I was willing to give this program a try because I've seen several people getting awesome results.
Easily one of the most impressive is Miss Molly (click on that link to see her blog which is super-fun).  She is also known as Mom to two little ones (one is only 6 months old).  Check her out...

Her kiddos may call her mom- I call her RockStar!

So yes, I'm working the program and I'd love for you to join me (and Molly!). Click HERE to purchase the program (it's a .pdf download so you can start right away!).  Please do feel free to leave questions in the comments.  If I don't have an answer, I'll find it for you!

In addition to 12 weeks of strength training, the program includes several bootcamp-style workouts and cardio workouts that I haven't even tried yet.  This should keep me busy.

Meanwhile, you can follow Molly's continued progress on Facebook, Twitter,
and Instagram for more inspiration!

In other news, the people who brought us The Ultimate Yogi 108 (if you've read this blog at all you know how I adore this program) have launched - it's yoga all the time, streaming online in HD.
They are currently adding 5 new yoga classes each week.
The cost for the first 1000 subscribers is $9/month.  (I subscribed during the first week!)

There are classes of varying lengths, various difficulty levels and several great teachers.

Ruger likes to photo-bomb yoga pictures. He can't help it.

You may have read posts where I complained of tightness in my poor old hips during the half marathon madness this summer?   I know one reader did... Megs turned me on to Run ATX on Facebook.

I've been using the mobility exercises for the hips and ankles for a week or so and I think it's helping.
I'm looking forward to learning more!
(and maybe finally getting faster?...stay tuned...miracles can happen)
