Highlights from the Week

What a great week it's been!

I'd tell you about it, but I'm too tired.  I ran a half marathon this morning and I'm pretty sure it ended in a PR- woot!  But, I knew when I was pushing it that I'd require some couch time this afternoon and I am taking it.

I'll give you a full report on today soon, but first here are a few highlights from the past week...

Here's a little hint on my morning...

Once I'm done resting up, I need to run to the store because this girl is turning 10 today 
and we're having a party!
There's a hamster in the box.  
He is very tiny, his name is Dexter and he made her extremely happy.

I also got to go to the zoo with Makayla- my sweet niece.

We entertained ourselves taking seflies while we waited for everyone else 
to get us some lunch.

And I didn't buy this bumper sticker even though it really fits my mood today.

 Rest Day (much needed)

1 mile walk with the puppy

Friday:
Ultimate Yogi Mountain Pose Series
40 min. walk with the puppy

Saturday:
Biggest Loser Half Marathon
