31 Days of Yoga in July

In mid-April I began a daily yoga practice.

I had practiced yoga on & off for years, but now it's an every day sort of thing and I'm inviting you to join me for the month of July!

Yes, YOU can be a yogi.  Just fill out the form at the bottom of this page.

I'm asking you to join me for yoga for all 31 days of July.

Because daily yoga has made a huge difference in my life.  I feel more limber,  less creaky in my joints.  I also feel more focused after time spent on my yoga mat.  And I have biceps! I have tried several different weight-lifting plans and none of them compared to the strength gain I have seen with yoga.

I floated this idea on facebook and in person to a few friends. Here are the FAQs so far:

Do I have to do a certain yoga workout?
No,  It's up to you to decide what kind of yoga you do.  In fact, I hope you'll try several different workouts during the month as you discover what appeals to you.

Do I have to do a certain amount of yoga?
No. That's up to you too.  You can do 10 mins one day and an hour the next.  You should take both your fitness level and your lifestyle into account when deciding how much time to spend on the mat.

Every day?

Really? Every single day?

But... every day?
Ok... we will understand if you come down with the flu or something.  You can skip a day or two and then join us when you're better.  But, let's start the month shooting for every day.  Aim high!

How much does it cost?
Just your time & commitment.  No money.
