SBBC Week 7 in Review- Running, Yoga & Veggies Everywhere!

Good Saturday morning everyone!

Katie and I are off to run a 5K this morning- we'll report on that later.

But first, I thought I'd give you a little Spring Bootie Buster Challenge week 7.
I can't believe it's already week 7!  

I really feel good about my workouts this week.  None of them were particularly long, but I was consistent despite being busy.  I also had a lot of variety in my fitness life.  I ran, did yoga, tried a new video and took Ruger for several walks.

Monday
30 minute run with Katie & Ruger 3 pts
Fruits & Veggies- 1 pt
Water- 1 pt

Tuesday
Denise Austin Cardio workout- 2 pts
Fruits & Veggies- 1 pt
Water- 1 pt

This was the video I did.  It was a nice, quick cardio workout.
No equipment necessary.

Wednesday
Puppy Walk- 2 pts
Fruits & Veggies- 1 pt
Water- 1 pt

Thursday
30 min. strength workout- 3 pts
Puppy Walk- 3 pts
Fruits & Veggies- 1 pt
Water- 1 pt

Friday
Fruits & Veggies- 1 pt
Water- 1 pt
