Puppy Class, My Socks & SBBC Week 5 in Review

Happy Saturday morning!

It's been a busy, but fun, week around here.

Our family's big news is that Ruger has graduated from Intermediate Obedience Training.

Katie & Mandy have every right to be proud- they work hard with him on his training!

Ruger got a certificate and we put it where certificates belong- on the fridge.

I mentioned earlier that I was determined to knit a pair of socks and I finished them this week.  Sock #2 (on the right foot) looks much nicer than Sock #1 because I had practiced on the first one.  But, I don't care.  I love them both and I'm excited to knit more socks.  Katie, Mandy & Ken have already said they need a pair but a girl can only knit so fast.

So, here's how the week shaped up as far as the Spring Bootie Buster Challenge.

Monday:
3 mile run- 3 pts
1 mile with the puppy- 1 pt
Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 Level 2- 3 pts

Tuesday:
Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30- 3 pts
1500 yard swim- 4.5 pts

Wednesday:
20 minute strength workout- 2 pts
WOW (workout of the week)- 1 pt

Thursday:
30 min. run- 3 pts

Friday:
No formal exercise today.

Saturday:
30 min. run- 3 pts.
20 min. run/walk with the puppy- 2 pts
WOW- 1 pt

I got 6 pts this week for taking in enough water each day
& I got 4 pts for the days that were full of fruits & veggies.
