Happy Wednesday friends!
Since starting the Fast Metabolism Diet, things are getting fruity over here.
First, I had strawberry french toast for breakfast.
Made with Ezekiel bread- delish!
Mid-morning snack was an apple. I ate it in the car on the way to work.
Lunch was a nice big bowl full of this delicious chili.
Mid-afternoon I had an orange. I ate it in the car, too. I love portable snacks.
Dinner was a grilled chicken breast with a sweet potato and more ezekiel bread.
I totally forgot to take a picture for you- I just ate it.
Today I moved to Phase 2 of the diet. I'll show you some pics later, but you should know I'm having steak and asparagus for dinner. yum!
So, my Dad saw the cover of Grandma Glo's copy of the book and got confused. He thought we were fasting. As you can see, this program is anything but a starvation diet. In fact, Haylie Pomroy says that DIET should stand for "Did I Eat Today?" Yes, I did.
I realize that since we got the puppy I haven't said much about our geckos.
They're still here entertaining us. This morning Popcorn shed her skin.
