SBBC Week 2 in Review

Well, we're reaching the end of the Spring Bootie Buster Challenge-Week 2.

Did you think you missed Week 1?  No, you didn't.  I did.
I was sick on the couch for all of week 1.
My points were pathetic- not even worth mentioning, so I didn't.

This week was slightly better as I'm getting my groove back.  
But, I took it easy because I'm still coughing a bit.

Here's how it looked:


Monday:
Puppy walking 2 pts

Tuesday:
Puppy walking 2 pts

Wednesday:
3 mile run- 3 pts
(I always pause the 'mill to take the picture.  
I'm not coordinated enough to take pictures & run at the same time.)

Thursday:
I did Day 1 of the BFit in 90 plan. -3.5 pts
It's a FREE 90-Day workout plan on YouTube.  Each day has a playlist of 10 minute videos.  If you are new to strength training, this would be a good place to start.  It also includes cardio and flexibility routines.  Day one had 4 videos which added up to about 35 mins.

Friday:
Day 2 of BFit in 90.- 3 pts

Saturday:
Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 - 3 pts.
