Back on Track Tuesday

Hello friends!

After surviving two weeks of the plague at our house, I think we are back on track!

I actually excised yesterday.  I did Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred- Level 1.  Usually this is a pretty easy workout for me, but after laying on the couch & coughing for two weeks it really kicked my butt.  Today I'm planning a little yoga along with some puppy walking.

Speaking of the puppy, I took him along on my morning errands today.

We learned that when you go through the drive-thru at Tim Horton's so that mom can get a caramel mocha latte, the puppy in the car gets a TimBit!  Ruger was very excited.


I also took him through the car wash (totally futile at this time of year).  
He was a little worried about that activity.

What he doesn't know is that tomorrow he's going to the vet for the big snip.  Katie doesn't think we should discuss it in front of him in case it might upset him.

I didn't set any goals last week since I was miserable, but here they are for this week.

I will:

1. Stay hydrated! 
(with water, not just caramel mocha lattes)

2. Be active for 30 minutes every day.
(I'm easing back into this, so no specific plans. I'm just getting my butt moving!)
