WIAW & Don't Be Afraid!

Happy Hump Day everyone!

Before I get to the food- I know, Wednesdays are all about the food- 
let me tell you about No Fear February!

After I wrote this post about conquering my fear of running at the gym, I got to thinking about fears and just how often they get in our way.  I talked with several friends who said that their fears were holding them back.  And so I decided to take action and start No Fear February.

I'm guiding a group of women as they kick their fears to the curb!  
I'm giving challenges and the group is giving support.

The group is closed- that means that only members can see the comments in the group.  
But, I'm inviting you to join us today and start living without fear.

Ok, onto the food!

I'm back to eating low-carb which means that I have to take a break from my smoothie.  It's delicious and it's healthy but it's got a few too many carbs for these times when I'm trying to drop a few pounds.

I feel so much better when I eat this way.
