I know, I've been a total slacker when it comes to posting Fit Tip Tuesday videos.
I'll do better... I have one for today.
As I try to avoid Girl Scout cookies, I got to thinking about our diets. So often we think about the things we need to avoid in order to live healthier. Today I'd like to spend a little time being aware of the things we should be eating.
Today I'm encouraging you (and myself) to add something extra. Add an extra fruit or vegetable to every meal today. You'll be adding nutrients to your diet! Also, yo'll be using up space on your plate so maybe you won't fill it up with quite so much other crap anyway.
