BBB Week 6 in Review, Shopping & Saturday stuff

Happy Saturday!

I'm getting started a little slowly this morning and I'm not sorry.  The past week has been a little busy and a lot of fun.  I feel pretty good about my workouts and I even have some soreness to show for it.

Here's how my week shaped up... no pun intended. ha!

And I took theses girls shopping.

If you don't think this counts as a workout you should try it sometime.
I needed caffeine to get to the end of the journey.

Please note that I actually did all three BBB strength workouts this week!

I also met both of my goals.

I took time to stretch and my hips are thanking me for it.

I also maintained a low carb diet all week.  I have more energy and I've lost 3 lbs so far.

I'm excited to move into the next Phase of Best Body Bootcamp as it incorporates cardio intervals into the weight lifting.

I think I'm going to keep the same two goals.  I don't really feel like they're habits just yet so I need to put that in writing and hold myself accountable.

So what about Saturday?  I'm just not sure yet.  I'm taking Ruger for a looooong walk here in a minute. That puppy has way too much energy this morning.  Then we'll see.

I have to tell you that I love Saturdays that begin with no plan at all.
They usually end up being the most fun!
