So, we've come to the end of week 5 of Tina Reale's Best Body Bootcamp.
I am sorry to say that I only did one of the prescribed strength workouts this week.
It was great- I really enjoyed it. I have no idea why I didn't do the other ones.
I'm going to do all three this week for sure!
But, I was very active! I ran twice, I swam and on Saturday I went snowshoeing.
Ken & I headed down to a golf course near our house.
The snow-covered hills were really pretty.
I got to use my pink snowshoes.
And I snapped yet another lovely self-portrait for you.
Did you notice how Ken isn't in any pictures? That's because he skis a lot faster than I snowshoe. So, while we arrive at the golf course together and depart from the golf course together, we do not actually exercise together. Really, we're both fine with this arrangement.
As far as my goals last week, I'm keeping them as is.
1. Follow a low carb diet.
2. Stretch for 10 minutes each day.
I was a bit of a slacker on the stretching. I'll do better this week- promise.
