Happy What I Ate Wednesday!
Every time I turn on the news I see reports of crazy weather. I hope you are all staying safe and warm wherever you are. If you're stuck indoors, I hope you are enjoying some good eats!

I'm also continuing with the Apple Cider Vinegar drinks daily.
I roasted some peppers & squash with garlic salt and served it up on the side.
Friends, this meal was delicious!
Ken & the girls also had seasoned brown rice on the side but I forgot to take a pic for you.
Later on I made a batch of the easiest brownies ever.
One package of brownie mix + 1 small can of pumpkin. Bake according to the directions on the package. (forget about all those other ingredients) These babies are moist & yummy.
People at my house dug in before I could get the camera out.
My addiction to Tim Horton's Carmel Mocha Latte continues.
Don't worry- I'm not stopping every single day.
But sometimes a little caffeine before I play the piano makes everyone a little happier.
(By the way, I miss the pretty holiday cups)
