WIAW Is Back For You, Sweet Potato!

I can't believe I missed What I Ate Wednesday last week!

We got a new puppy ( I know- I already told you, but it's exciting!) and then I had a sick kiddo.  The good news is that the sick kiddo and the new puppy kept each other company.
I think Ruger is going to be sad today when Katie goes back to school. 
He won't have anyone to nap with.

Katie felt pretty crummy on Monday and requested a sweet potato for lunch.
That's it- just a sweet potato, but she says it really hit the spot.

Mandy has been keeping her breakfast pretty constant this week.  
She likes a whole grain waffle, peanut butter & banana sandwich.

I'm back on the smoothie bandwagon this week...
... and I'm still loving the Apple Cider Vinegar. 

I ran out of Crystal Light Energy this morning so I'll be heading to the store today!

We've also had a couple of family birthday parties, so we've had more than our share of pizza & cake.  I'm feeling the pressure to come up with something healthy for dinner tonight.  
I'll let you know if I succeed.

Grandma Glo has been baking Christmas cookies like it's her job.  
I promise to get some pictures and include them in next week's WIAW.  
Then you'll all be hungry.  Maybe I should just do a whole WIAW about Grandma Glo's cookies.  What do you think?

Since I am lacking in impressive food pictures for you, I'll show you my video about my favorite smoothie.  It's the same one I'm drinking this week and it's still my favorite.
