What I Ate Wednesday

I'm doing this late in the day but it's still Wednesday so I'm going to go ahead & talk food!
I started today with my favorite smoothie.  Today's version had bananas & strawberries in it.

While I sipped on my smoothie I made Ken a salad to take to lunch.  Isn't it pretty?

I spent most of the morning playing the chauffeur for Katie & Mandy so I packed a few snacks.
A rice crisp with some Justin's honey peanut butter on it,

and some strawberries
went into a cooler with a protein shake and some Powerade Zero.

I ended up going for a hard swim at midday so I was glad I had the Powerade along.

Dinner was a little rushed tonight.  Ken was on his way out the door and I had to take Katie & Mandy to Vacation Bible School so I did a quick pizza in the oven.

I also crammed a handful of BBQ chips into my mouth, but that wasn't pretty so I didn't photograph it for you.

My BodyMedia read-out is telling me that I had too much sodium today.  Between the chips & the pizza, I'm sure it's correct.  Tomorrow is another day.

Lastly, I made myself this zucchini microwave muffin.  I ate it while I wrote this post for you.

That's all for now- I have to get back in the car to pick up my girls.  I'm glad- this house is too quiet.
