Tuesday Trainer & a Big Colorful Giveaway

Hi everyone!

I got my act together and made a Tuesday Trainer video this week!

The theme is TABATA.

What's a TABATA, you ask?  It's a 4 minute workout!  Just 4 minutes... you're done.  Now tell me you don't have time.  ha!

It's set up like this: 20 seconds of high intensity work, 10 seconds of rest.  Repeat 8 times and voila! 4 minute workout.

Here are the two moves that I contributed to the workout.  Please don't mind the fact that Katie chopped my head off for some of the video.

Ok, here's the Big Colorful Giveaway part! Yaay!

Katie & I are so excited.  We are headed to Pittsburgh on August 25th to run the Color Me Rad 5K!  We are ready to ruin some perfectly good white clothes.  Grandma Glo thinks that we've officially lost it.  If you don't know what I'm talking about, check this out.
