I got my act together and made a Tuesday Trainer video this week!
The theme is TABATA.
What's a TABATA, you ask? It's a 4 minute workout! Just 4 minutes... you're done. Now tell me you don't have time. ha!
It's set up like this: 20 seconds of high intensity work, 10 seconds of rest. Repeat 8 times and voila! 4 minute workout.
