Fitness & Food- WIAW

Here we are again on What I Ate Wednesday!

It's hard to believe another week of eating has gone by.

The WIAW theme for July is Fun, Food & Fitness.  
What a coincidence- that seems to be the theme for our family's July also.





In the last four days, Ken has done the Quad Bike race,



and Katie & Mandy had a swim meet.

I tried to get a picture of Katie but I was too slow on the trigger so it came out like this

I swear she's under that splash somewhere.

In between all that running, biking & swimming we've done quite a bit of good eating!

Sunday night found us having Lamb Chops for dinner with this dipping sauce.

We also made Zucchini Flaxseed Muffins per Stuft Mama's recipe
They turned out great- everyone grabbed one for breakfast today!

Today I was in desperate need of my iced coffee.
Today's version included almond milk, soy milk & 
Torani Sugar Free sweeteners in Hazelnut & Raspberry.

Tonight's sweatfest swim meet was at an outdoor pool so I packed a cooler for me & Ken to eat while we watched swimmers.

Then when we got home, the little swimmers were hungry so they had oatmeal.  They like a little natural peanut butter on their oatmeal (because I'm raising them right).

Speaking of good eats... when we get to 125 facebook "likes" 
I'm going to mail these little guys to someone!
And I'll do one better- if we get to 125 "likes" today- on What I Ate Wednesday- I'll pick two winners!
