They are... (drum roll. please!)
1. I will run or walk 1 mile every day this year.
This one come from a facebook challenge here. They actually only include running, but I'm allowing walks because I know what these old joints can handle. I'm also hoping that some children will join me for some miles.
2. I will take one photo each day this year.
I am hoping that this one will help me to be aware of each day. If I'm on the lookout for that photo, I'll have to be present in my own life and not allow entire days to whiz by without paying attention. I might share some of them with you, but I'm not committing to sharing them all. After all, I'm trying to be paying attention to what's really important to me- not what I'd like to show to the world.
I asked Katie & Mandy if they had any resolutions for 2012. Mandy would like to stop fighting with a girl at school. Katie said she didn't have anything specific. I asked about any new fitness goals... Katie said no. She just wants to run, swim & ski and enjoy them all. I think that's a great plan!
This is the last photo I took in 2011. It looks like we ended the year feeling good!
