Christmas Cookie Challenger's First Recipe

Here it is- your first cookie recipe.  It's not too late to join The Christmas Cookie Challenge!  Please understand, the more you comment, the more recipes I'll give out. I will go over to my mom's and steal her whole recipe box if I must just to keep you guys moving through the holidays!

Recipe #1 is just for the grown-ups!  (Let's not share the alcohol with the kids)  I got this one from my cousin, Scott.  He brought these cookies to my brother's stag & drag and they didn't last long!

Snockerdoodles
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 box Devil's Food cake mix
5 tablespoons Jack Daniels
Confectioner's sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Blend eggs and oil.  Add cake mix and JD and mix thoroughly.  Using a small spoon and a spatula, one at a time, drop small portions of the mixture into the confectioner's sugar and coat.  Remove with your hands and roll into a ball.  Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake 10-15 minutes (I normally go for the shorter time, about 11 minutes).  Cookies will be soft when taken from the oven.

By the way, I did get up early this morning and log my 30 minute run on the treadmill! AND my mom made sugar cookies so I had to have one.
Did you sweat yet today?  Did you have any cookies?
